A big shout out to Derek at Unity Park Station for touring us round the ground floor venue this morning. It’s so lovely to see there is a variety of choice dependent on needs. If our group starts off small, there’s a perfectly sized conference room we can use for our meetings. One might describe it as snug. If a surge of people show up, we know that we can accommodate everybody because the old bus station is also utilised by the Winter Night Shelter from November onward to house the homeless. This means the station already has a giant cafeteria like hall joining the building end to end. It has tea and coffee facilities, bathrooms, showers and even a TV.
There has been some technical difficulties relating to the website and I.T. in general. Our founders are not the most tech-savvy human beings and we really appreciate your patience and support whilst we work out how to hitch hike across the ether of the internet without injury.
We will be printing and distributing flyers locally in Milton Keynes soon. Keep an eye out for our logo. We can’t wait to see you all on May 6th 2019. In the meantime, please contact your local NHS, GP or urgent care centre if you are in need of immediate assistance.
